What exactly is a "credit"?
A credit is a unit of AI compute. Different operations cost different amounts of credits depending on complexity and the models used.
How many credits does a video or image cost?
It depends on the model and settings. Character frames and reference images are low-credit operations. Multi-scene, 30-45s ad-style videos with consistent characters and voices require more credits because they use higher-quality generation pipelines.
How does multi-scene generation work?
Montra breaks your ad script into individual scenes, generates each one with consistent characters and branding, then stitches them together with transitions, music, and captions.
What if I only want one scene?
That works too. You can generate a single scene clip and use fewer credits. You have full control over how many scenes your video includes.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded. You won't be charged for unsuccessful outputs.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire 30 days after the date of issuance, regardless of whether they were used. Unused credits do not roll over to future months.
What if I run out mid-month?
You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits. The new plan takes effect immediately.
Can I change my plan?
